COVID-19 has been especially difficult for older adults and people with chronic conditions. During this time, in-home care has helped minimize their exposure, while ensuring they get the care they need. All members of our care team are trained and instructed to continue taking every possible precaution to protect you and your loved ones.

Schedule a Needs Assessment

We want you to have confidence and peace of mind when making the important decision about home health care. Before care begins a Needs Assessment will be scheduled. During this time, we will learn more about the needs and interests of your loved ones and what is important to them and you. We want to hear from you and answer your questions so that you can make an informed and confident decision about the level of care and services you needed.

After this in-home visit, we will develop a care plan that is focused and unique to the specific needs of

you and your loved one.

Personalized Care

The Samaritan Health Services team, led by a registered nurse, is comprised of RNs, LPNs, therapists, clinicians, and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) who work together to ensure that everyone under our care is safe, maintains a level of independence, and achieves their highest functioning level in the comfort and familiar surroundings of home. When you need help for yourself or a loved one we are available to serve 24/7.
